Miscellaneous: I agree to hold harmless the Nonprofit Learning Lab and its directors, officers, employees, consultants and volunteers, from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs and other expenses that arise from activities in connection with being involved in this event or other activities related to this event. Our trainers and vendors request the email addresses of all program participants. If you do not want to be contacted, please notify us at info@nonprofitlearninglab.org.
We do not provide refunds for in-person lab sponsorships. If a company cannot attend or send a representative to be in attendance, the value of the in-person components will be replaced with the following:
- Extra Hosted Webinar
- 2 Email Spotlights (2 placements) in our e-newsletter (specs 600 pixels width X 300 pixels height)
Additional: The Nonprofit Learning Lab does not endorse our advertisers. Serving as an advertiser or sponsor means that we are promoting a product or service but not endorsing a product or service. Please do not list the Nonprofit Learning Lab on your website or advertising without advanced communication and verification to the Nonprofit Learning Lab staff. To ensure marketing goals for sponsors are achieved, Nonprofit Learning Lab may adjust or tweak workshop titles or description
Our Approach: We give specific guidance to each advertiser or sponsor on the best ways to engage with our audience and community to ensure a succesful sponsorship or advertisement with us. Last minute changes or requests can impact our ability to achieve results or deliver a service. We reserve the right to turn down requests or provide a refund if we do not think we can accomodate last minute request or changes.
Please note: The name of our organization will appear on your credit card statement as Nonprofit Learning Lab or Nonprofit Learn.
